My package shows as being delivered but it's not here

We strongly suggest asking your mail carrier as to where exactly they placed the package. You can also ask your surrounding neighbors. In most cases the package is usually found, but you may have to file a claim with them. Unfortunately, once our system has indicated the package has been delivered there is little we can do on our end. There are exceptions to this however.
